1.尺寸精度

指加工后零件的實際工作尺寸與零件進行尺寸的公差的相符合以及程度。
It refers to the consistency and degree between the actual working dimension of the processed part and the tolerance of the dimension of the part.
尺寸精度由尺寸公差控制。尺寸公差是零件尺寸在切削加工過程中允許的變化量。在基本尺寸相同的情況下,尺寸公差越小,尺寸精度越高。
Dimensional accuracy is controlled by dimensional tolerance. Dimensional tolerance is the allowable variation of part size in the process of machining. When the basic dimensions are the same, the smaller the dimensional tolerance, the higher the dimensional accuracy.

指被加工零件表面的實際幾何形狀與理想幾何形狀的重合程度。評定形狀精度有6項,如直線度、平面度、圓度、圓柱度和線輪廓。形狀精度由形狀公差控制。除圓度和圓柱度外,所有形狀公差都分為12個精度等級。1級高,12級低。

指加工后零件進行有關研究表面企業之間的實際工作位置以及精度差別。評定一個位置信息精度的項目有平行度、垂直度、傾斜度、同軸度、對稱度、位置度、圓跳動和全跳動等八項。位置定位精度是用位置公差來控制的,各項活動目的不同位置公差亦分為12個精度評價等級。
